Make a Difference at Rosewood Nature Study Area

We are hosting an event at Truckee Meadows Parks Foundation (TMPF) Rosewood Nature Study Area (previously the Rosewood golf course) on June 5 from 10:00AM - 1:00PM. Ivy Removal at WLT’s Lower Middle Fork

Whatcom Land Trust's Lower Middle Fork Complex is located along the alluvial fan of Canyon Lake Creek and the Middle Fork Nooksack River. The property was protected for permanent habitat protection in 2017, and has been undergoing restoration ever since. Cleaning of an irrigation channel in the steppe plateau in south-eastern Spain.

Support for the maintenance of the vega ecosystems through the cleaning of an irrigation ditch. These traditional irrigation systems are an agricultural, cultural and landscape heritage of the AlVelAl territory, in the southeast of Spain. They generate real oases of biodiversity thanks to the humidity and vegetation in the area surrounding the irrigation ditches. Ecosystems that require maintenance for their conservation with actions such as the one proposed.
