Submit a Make a Difference Event

Make a Difference Week events can be just like any other volunteer restoration event and can take place on any day during the week of 5-13 June 2021. It is important to plan your event so that it may be easily accomplished while adhering to any local or national COVID restrictions or guidelines in your region. We want all of our organizers and volunteers to have a safe and positive experience.

Potential event activities could include: restoration plantings, habitat structure construction, seed collection and processing, seedball making, citizen science initiatives, invasive plant pulls, garbage pick-ups, river clean-ups, and fencing removal. Anything that contributes restoratively to the ecology of your site or region!

Our goal is to provide a locally-organized activity in every country where SER members can be found. Together we can achieve one of the biggest worldwide restoration efforts ever!
